Shipping
We ship domestically and internationally (where applicable).
Shipping options (standard, expedited) and costs are displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are:

Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please monitor the tracking status; in case of delivery issues, contact carrier first, then us.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed like returns: return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
You cover return shipping; we cover shipping of the exchanged item (if eligible).
The exchange must be requested within [7 / 14 / 30] days of delivery, with the item in original condition.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Notify us within [3 / 7] days of expected delivery if your package is lost or damaged.
Provide photos, proof of damage or shipping documentation.
We will investigate with the carrier and determine whether a refund or replacement is merited.
