Shipping

  • We ship domestically and internationally (where applicable).

  • Shipping options (standard, expedited) and costs are displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are:
     • Domestic: [e.g. 3–7 business days]
     • International: [e.g. 10–20 business days]

  • Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays, fees, or seizures.

Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please monitor the tracking status; in case of delivery issues, contact carrier first, then us.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed like returns: return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

  • You cover return shipping; we cover shipping of the exchanged item (if eligible).

  • The exchange must be requested within [7 / 14 / 30] days of delivery, with the item in original condition.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Notify us within [3 / 7] days of expected delivery if your package is lost or damaged.

  • Provide photos, proof of damage or shipping documentation.

  • We will investigate with the carrier and determine whether a refund or replacement is merited.
