Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

  • To cancel, contact us with your order number and cancellation request.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within [7 / 14 / 30] days of delivery, depending on product and condition.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item, etc.).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you, and if approved, process the refund within [15–30 business days]

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our fault.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations (e.g. missing parts, damage after use), partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.

Exceptions

  • Perishable goods, custom items, digital downloads, or sealed items that are unsealed may not be eligible for return.

  • Items marked “Final Sale” are not returnable.

How to Return

  1. Contact us with order details, reason for return, and photos if relevant.

  2. We’ll provide return authorization and instructions (return address, shipping method).

  3. Ship the item within the specified period.
